• Registration fee does not include hotel accommodations. 
• A limited block of hotel rooms has been reserved at the Holiday Inn at the special workshop rate of $119 per night single or double occupancy on a first come basis and includes their hot breakfast buffet and free high-speed internet service. To book your room, call the Holiday Inn direct at +817.460-2500 and ask for the room rate for Foundations arriving 9/20/10 or for Evolving the Attractions-Based Party/Group Business arriving 9/22/10. The first night's deposit is required.
• Registration fees are subject to a $50 processing fee if cancelled on or prior to 9/14/10.  After 9/14/10, only the one-half of the registration fee will be refunded. 
• Registration is limited to a total of 40 people on a first-come basis to assure the intimacy of the workshops and opportunities to network with the instructors.
• Attendance is limited to existing and prospective location-based entertainment facility owners and management and our sponsors. Solicitation or marketing of services or products by attendees is strictly prohibited.
• Registration is based upon date of receipt with payment.
• The hotel offers free shuttle service from the Dallas-Fort Worth Airport (DFW). Call the hotel when you arrive at DFW at 817.460-2500. For transportation from Love Field Airport (DAL) that Southwest Airlines flies to in Dallas, use SuperShuttle – 800.258-3826 or check with them at their booth at the airport (roundtrip approximately $50).
• Foundations will begin at 8:30 AM on Tuesday, September 21 and end at 2:00 PM on Thursday, September 23. Evolving the Attractions-Based Party/Group Business will begin at 2:00 PM on Thursday, September 23 and end at 2:00 PM on Friday, September 24.
• Dress for both seminar programs is casual.

Foundations reserves the right to cancel the workshop due to circumstances beyond its control including Acts of God, war, governmental restrictions, adverse weather, disasters, strikes, civil disorder, or curtailment of air travel and for insufficient registrations.
